If a company named you in a Form D filing — as an executive, a director or a promoter — your name and role may be shown to our paying subscribers. Ask here and we will stop showing it.

We never show those names on public pages, and we do not hold the addresses that appear beside them in the filing. We hold the name and the role, nothing more.

What this does and does not change

• Your name stops appearing anywhere on this site, and in anything our subscribers export, within a day.
• We do not need to check who you are, because the request only ever hides a name. Nobody can use it to reveal anything.
• The filing itself stays on the SEC's own website, which we link to from every company page. We cannot change a government record, and nor can anyone else.
