Refund policy

Effective October 14, 2026.

• Cancel any time. Cancelling stops all future charges. You keep Pro until the end of the month you have paid for.
• First payment. If Pro is not useful to you, email us within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund. No questions asked.
• Renewals. Monthly renewals are not refunded for partly used months. The exception: if we failed to deliver a weekly file during that month, we refund the month.
• How to ask. Email [email protected] from the address you subscribed with. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
